St Leger Trophy

Since the late 1990's, the company was commissioned by the owners and operators of Doncaster Race Course to produce a trophy for the winner of the oldest of the classic races, the St Leger.

Trophies were presented and the fortunate recipients kept them as a momento of the event. Every year for over 10 years, Neil Watson created a new, unique and precious hallmarked silver trophy patterned with equine and racing imagery and motifs. In the trophy shown above left, it was cast with sleek racing profiles and horse shoes, even the fine wire edging is embossed with myriad tiny horse shoes, denoting the good fortune of the recipient no doubt.
